Para ello, se presentan los principales Indicadores B\u00e1sicos definidos por el sistema ETIS e introducidos por la Comunidad Europea para promover el turismo sostenible. Se prest\u00f3 especial atenci\u00f3n a presentar en profundidad los indicadores ETIS \u201cImpacto Social y Cultural\u201d, \u201cValor Econ\u00f3mico\u201d e \u201cImpacto Ambiental\u201d, destacando su conexi\u00f3n con las tres dimensiones del desarrollo sostenible. El m\u00f3dulo tambi\u00e9n presenta una descripci\u00f3n general de las estrategias promovidas y\/o ya puestas en pr\u00e1ctica a nivel internacional y de la UE (por ejemplo, &#8220;Residuos urbanos: estrategias urbanas para la gesti\u00f3n de residuos en ciudades tur\u00edsticas&#8221;).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1819\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1819\" style=\"width: 1289px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cherish2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IO2-Module_02_A.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cherish2020.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IO2-Module_02_A.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1289\" height=\"913\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1819\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1819\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Un ejemplo de dos p\u00e1ginas de los manuales did\u00e1cticos creados para el M\u00f3dulo 2<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El m\u00f3dulo tambi\u00e9n presenta un subm\u00f3dulo dedicado a presentar el turismo responsable como un tipo de turismo sostenible, donde se pide a las personas, organizaciones y empresas que asuman la responsabilidad de sus acciones y los impactos de sus acciones. Este tipo de turismo sostenible se presenta haciendo referencia a los documentos clave sobre este tema (p. ej., la \u201cDeclaraci\u00f3n de Ciudad del Cabo\u201d de 2002) y destacando el principio seg\u00fan el cual, a diferencia del ecoturismo, el turismo responsable no tiene como objetivo crear destinos tur\u00edsticos alternativos. a los masivos, pero tiene como objetivo principal reducir la presi\u00f3n tur\u00edstica sobre los destinos tradicionales, mediante la adopci\u00f3n de soluciones m\u00e1s sostenibles tanto por parte de los operadores tur\u00edsticos como de los visitantes.
